Rail stretcher is suitable for stress release of CWR and laying of long rail, and also suitable for thermit welding of rail on track.
The rail in zero stress state is forced to be stretched to the length when the rail temperature is locked, and then re locked or thermit welded rail is carried out.
The rail stretcher is mainly composed of two rail clamping devices, two double acting oil cylinders, four pin shafts, an electric pump station and six high-pressure hoses.
