1. Loosen the vent valve of the hydraulic part, open the oil return valve, apply appropriate pressure at the top column or side hook to lower it to the lowest position, and then close the lifting oil return valve for standby.
2. Insert the side hook of the rail track lifting and lining machine laterally into the position where the track needs to be lifted, and the top column is perpendicular to the ground. Insert the control rod into the press hand hole, and slowly press the control rod to make the plunger pump core move back and forth. The side hook will drive the rail to move upward to achieve the purpose of track lifting. Pad an appropriate wooden block under the lifted rail, slowly open the oil return valve and let the rail lower onto the wooden block, Appropriately spin down the top column or side hook of the machine, reset the machine, close the oil return valve, tighten the vent valve, and remove the rail track lifting and lining machine.
1. In order to ensure that the rail track lifting and lining machine is flexible and reliable every time it is used, effective maintenance and periodic inspection must be carried out on the machine.
2. It must be ensured that the sliding parts and exposed moving elements of the rail track lifting and lining machine are not rusted, and the oil must be applied after use. If the service interval is long, the anti rust oil must be applied, and the machine shall not be dropped, knocked or bruised, so as to ensure the moving accuracy of the machine.
3. It is required to periodically check the moving parts and oil volume of the rail track lifting and lining machine once a quarter.
4. When replacing or supplementing hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil with viscosity of 18-38 centistokes (oil temperature of 50 ℃) and oil filtering accuracy of no more than 20 microns shall be selected. When replenishing hydraulic oil, sand and other sundries shall not be mixed. Note that the pump body must be vented during each oil injection.
5. When maintenance is required, clean the oil circuit and main parts with gasoline or diesel, and pay attention not to damage the parts.
