4. The lever shaft should be intact, flexible and reliable in rotation, and locked with a nut after being assembled with the lever.
5. Check that the clamping device of the grinding wheel rail cutting machine should be flexible and reliable, and the handwheel, screw, nut, etc. should be intact.
6. The supporting wheels should be complete and intact, with firm installation and flexible rotation. The placement should be balanced and reliable, and there should be no obvious vibration during work.
7. When replacing the cutting disc of the grinding wheel, the power supply must be cut off. The newly installed grinding wheel cutting discs must meet the equipment requirements.
8. When using the rail cutting machine, the rotation direction of the grinding wheel should be avoided as far as possible from nearby workers, so as not to accidentally injure others.
9. After replacing the cutting disc of the grinding wheel, check whether there is obvious vibration in the trial operation, and confirm that the operation is normal before using it.
10. The lever of the rail cutting machine should have sufficient strength and rigidity to keep the grinding wheel lifted freely after all the parts are installed.
