1. Check or tighten the hand before use: the bolts and threaded joints of the ND-4 type railway tamping machine should be firmly connected.
2. Mix the gasoline and the special lubricant for two-stroke Komatsu gasoline engines at a ratio of 50:1 (if you use the two-stroke engine oil purchased on the market, please mix at 25:1), and shake it evenly.
3. Pour the mixed gasoline into the gasoline engine oil tank.
4. When the portable small bee railway tamping machine ND-4 is shipped from the factory, the eccentric shaft bearing has been injected with No. 10 aviation hydraulic oil 40-50ml, which can be used directly by the customer. After that, every 30-40 hours of work, the user should replenish 10ml of engine oil to keep the amount of engine oil around 40-50ml.
Note: Can not be used without lubricating oil, but not excessive. Recommended use: No. 10 aviation hydraulic oil, low-viscosity engine oil or GL-5 gear oil.
5. After checking, it is ready to start.
Note: The main engine of the portable bee railway tamping machine ND-4 is a two-stroke omni-directional working gasoline engine. Please use a mixture of gasoline and two-stroke gasoline engine oil, otherwise it will affect the operation of the gasoline engine or cause damage to the gasoline engine.
