It's a special tool employed in the lifting & lining operation of railway overhaul,medium maintenance and track bed maintenance.It's suitable for rail of 13kg/m-75kg/m lifting & lining operation.By using it ,the rail can be lifted as well as level regulated.It possesses feature of high workingeffciency,simple manipulation,light weight,reduction of labor intensity,safety & reliablity and wide application.
1. Loosen the vent valve of the hydraulic part, open the oil return valve, apply appropriate pressure at the top pillar or side hook to make it drop to the lowest position, and then close the lifting oil return valve for standby.
2. Insert the side hook of the rail track lifting and lining machine into the position where the track needs to be lifted horizontally, and make the top column perpendicular to the ground. Insert the control rod into the snap hand hole, and press the control rod slowly to make the plunger pump core move back and forth. The side hook will drive the rail upward to achieve the purpose of rail track lifting and lining machine. Put appropriate wood blocks under the lifted rail, and slowly open the oil return valve to let the rail go down to the wood block, Properly screw down the top column or side hook of the machine to reset the machine, close the oil return valve, tighten the vent valve and remove the rail track lifting and lining machine.
