1, Hydraulic Railway Tamping Machine Maintenance

(1) Railway Tamping Machine Daily Maintenance

Daily after the shift, with the following contents:
  1) Wipe off dust and oil
   2) Tighten the fasteners
  3) Eliminate oil leaks

(2) Railway Tamping Machine Regular Maintenance
Once every 50 hours, the details are as follows:

   1) Check or replace the nylon sleeve of the railway tamping machine, clamp the nylon sleeve of the cylinder ear;
   2) Weld the railway tamping machine palm and restore it to the original design size;
  3) Filter or replace hydraulic oil, clean hydraulic cylinders, oil tanks, oil filters, and oil pipes;
  4) Replace failed fasteners;
  5) Re-adjust the oil pressure to 4.5~5MPa;
  6) Eliminate oil leaks and replace bad sealing rings;
  7) Check and replace the rail clamp;
   8) Check the electrical insulation status and motor performance;
  9) Carry out maintenance according to the requirements of diesel engine and gasoline engine;


2, Railway Tamping Machine Overhaul

After using the hydraulic tamping machine for 500 hours, the hydraulic railway tamping machine needs to be thoroughly inspected and repaired to restore the components and performance of the railway tamping machine to the design level. The specific content is:

1) Disassemble the vibration frame, check or replace the bearing;
   2) Decompose the hydraulic system, clean it thoroughly, and replace the bad parts and seals;
  3) Clean the piston rod and cylinder, and replace them if they are severely strained;
  4) Replace all nylon sleeves;
  5) Check and clean the motor bearings, add grease, diesel and gasoline engines in accordance with the instructions;
  6) Repair welding or replacement of the pick palm to meet the design requirements;
  7) The aperture of each part should be checked one by one, and the severely worn ones should be replaced;
   8) The oil pump and valve body should be tested with a test bench, and those with poor performance should be replaced or repaired;
  9) The overhauled railway tamping machine must go through 3 hours of no-load and 1 hour of trial ramming, test and record various technical indicators, and then use it after confirming that it meets the design requirements.
